Rotten Teeth

I might be the worst blogger ever.  Not only is my blog inaccessible half of the time (ugh, don't even get me started. Yes, it's still acting like it's own person), but I haven't sat down to read other blogs in months.

Kinda the same with my sleep situation.  Okay, not months, but when your sleep has been minimal for a week straight it may as well be.  I know I say this every time, but I mean it this time.  These teeth coming in are the worst.  Every teething symptom is present, the sleeping thing is not something we know in our house right now, and the whining has reached its peak.  The eye teeth (canines) can seriously disappear.  I am sick of seeing Ruby suffer.  I think we're set until she's about 2, right?  Please lie to me if I am mistaken.

Great timing, too, since I leave for NYC with Leanne next week.  Hope I enjoy my girl's day(s) out since this may very well be my last time ever.  I am having visions of Jimmy having two black eyes and rocking back and forth in the corner when I get home due to zero hours of sleep over five days.

And seriously, this would be the time with the tylenol and motrin recall.  What in the world is taking so long to get the new bottles (with correct amount of active ingredient!!!) back on the shelves?!

The weather has been nice here for weeks.  Well if nice means you like sharing yard ornaments with the people from the next state over and you like having your hair stand completely on end.  Of if you like flashing everyone at the post office because your shirt practically blew all the way off.  Not that I know anything about that.  The temperature has been nice.  Today was the first day Ruby and I were able to just sit outside for awhile without our breath being taken right from us with a gust of wind.  I tried to make my legs be something other than see through while Ruby played with chalk and bubbles.

Sharing some special moments with her Papa:

She's such a little person now. It's going too fast!

  1. um...yeah! I made it to your blog. I love these photos. I'm looking forward to hanging with the kiddos and bubbles in the backyard. After we get back from NYC of course.

  2. I haven't been able to visit blogs either! Lboy just started walking & he has been into everything! It's unbelievable how much it has changed things! I started thinking today "I need to "go see" Hillary & Ruby!

Sorry y'all aren't sleeping! I know that sucks! Lboy has just started sleeping 11 hours at a time, but for some friggin reason the last 2 or 3 days he has gotten up at 5:30 in the morning!

    Have fun on your trip!!!
